Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final service total.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Eligibility
Some services require medical clearance or a brief consultation prior to treatment. Please complete all required intake forms before your appointment.

Mobile & Spa Party Services
A travel fee may apply for concierge visits depending on location. Spa party packages require a minimum guest count and advanced scheduling.

Medical Weight Loss Policy
Clients starting semaglutide or tirzepatide therapy must complete a full health screening before beginning treatment. Lab work may be required. Medication is prescribed based on clinical appropriateness and administered under nursing supervision with ongoing progress monitoring.
